FAQ’s

  • Interior appliance cleaning is not included in any of the regular cleaning services, however it is an add-on option.

  • Yes - Casa Magnolia Cleaning is insured, to ensure you feel comfortable with our cleaning service.

  • Yes - we will bring everything needed to professionally clean your space.

  • Yes - we can, however please be aware that our supplies, products, and equipment are professional grade and will lead to more effective and desirable results. If you would like our team to use your products they must have a store-bought label with warnings and ingredients. We do not offer a discount to use customer-provided supplies. Also, if we are using any customer equipment you will be asked to sign a liability release form.

  • Our pricing is completely individualized based on your home and specific needs. We base our pricing on many factors including size, number of rooms cleaned and how often your home will be cleaned.

  • It is preferred that no one is home to avoid any accidents or disruptions, for safety of the resident(s) and our staff.

  • Yes - find a good spot for your pet(s), so they are safe and secure while we clean. As much as we love your furry friend, please pick up any animal feces prior to your cleaning.

  • The best thing you can do, is minimize clutter prior to your cleaning. The more surfaces we can access the more value you will get out of your clean. If you are scheduled for a deep clean or maintenance clean, leave sheets out on the bed that you would like changed.

  • Life happens. We get it. Please let us know two days prior to your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to reschedule you. Last minute cancellation may incur a fee.
